The Sri Lankan Experience

DAY 1 :
Our staff will be there to warmly welcome you at the Airport, from there we will accompany you to the city of Kandy which is around 115km from Colombo, a journey through spectacular scenery. There you will be staying in a Luxury Hotel, and will have the most amazing stay.
The city of Kandy was the last capital of the ancient kings' era of Sri Lanka. The city lies in the midst of hills in the Kandy plateau, which crosses an area of tropical plantations, mainly tea. Kandy is well known for its natural beauty surrounded by foggy mountains and water falls. Kandy is both an administrative and religious city. Kandy is the home to the Temple of the Tooth Relic and one of the most sacred places of worship in the Buddhist world. It was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1988. Tourists are mainly attracted to Kandy given the moderate climate of 22ºC.
DAY 2 : After breakfast you will be taken to visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya. The gardens are known for its collection of a variety of orchids. It includes more than 4000 species of plants comprising of orchids, spices, medicinal plants and palm trees.
After a short tour to the Botanical Gardens we will accompany you to and then the Elephant orphanage situated in Pinnawala. Pinnawalla is notable for having the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. The elephants at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage aren’t subjected to any form of stress or threat to the elephants and are supported by a team of employees at the orphanage numbering over 100.
In the evening we will take you for a city tour in Kandy, where you will witness the majestic heritage that Sri Lanka is so proud of. In the night you will enjoy a traditional cultural Kandyan dancing session in the hotel.
DAY 3 : On day 03 after a traditional breakfast we will be taking you to Nuwara Eliya, also known as “The city with mist” or “Little England”. Upon entering the city you will see the mesmerizing architecture of Tudorian and Georgian eras. The city is full of beautiful gardens full of Roses. The journey itself is beautiful ride with scenic mountains and water falls, the climate gets cooler to the climb of the mountains. You will witness the lush tea plantations where you can witness the origins of Ceylon tea.
We will have you treated to exotic lunch at the Ramboda Falls Hotel overlooking the gorgeous Ramboda water falls. You will be staying overnight in a Luxury hotel in Nuwara Eliya. (The temperature around 15ºC)
DAY 4 : After the Break fast, you can visit Haggala Botanical Gardens followed by a city tour of Nuwara Eliya where you can enjoy a cheerful pony ride.
The day is complete relaxation day in moderate climate condition and you can watch beautiful water falls and there can arrange some visit of a Tea factory, which you can assure, how the world famous “Ceylon Tea” is originated.
In the evening you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the City life. You will be taken on a shopping tour through public markets, department stores, handy crafts etc.
DAY 5 : After Breakfast we start the climb down to Bentota via Hatton once again witnessing a scenic journey through tea plantations and water falls.
We will stop in Kithulgala to gain an unforgettable experience in White water rafting in the Kelani River in Kithulgala (if you wish to) followed by a safe river Bath in Kithulgala.
The location is well-known for most adventurous activities including mountain biking,Tracking,bird watching and most attractive adventurous of all white water Rafting, and the Kithulgala is most highlighted, where David Lean’s world famous film “Bridge over River Kwai” was filmed.
Evening you will be reaching to Bentota, the city of the most beautiful sandy, sunny beaches and Stay overnight in a Luxury beach hotel enjoying Sri Lankan Style Sea food dinner. (Total Travelling Distance 210Km)
DAY 6 : The day is fully planned for the relaxation in the beach, and if you wish, that you can add a lot of activities in the shallow sea such as water surfing, diving or boat journey to see beautiful corrals. In the evening you can add relax walking sessions through the Golden beaches breathing the fresh air. (No traveling has been added on this date)

Bentota is a specialized for swimming, scuba diving, jet-skiing, body-surfing, windsurfing, river safari or parasail. You can enjoy the water based activities in the sea or in the river under the guidance of qualified consultants.Or else you can be spent exploring the well-stocked handy craft shops located along the beach side street or watching the open air theatre activities, which give the traveller a taste of local
DAY 7 : Transfer to the airport.
